Have you tried using a different card?

Have you used the card that your having prob's with instore since it was declined online?

Is this on TD site or grocery?

This is happend to me in the past, I just left it a few days and it seem to be ok.

I would suggest if you do not have another card to use - Leave it for a week and then try again...

yes i have been having probs, but i rang my bank and they said the systems were playing up pretty badly :mad:

I have 3 online accounts but i still rang cs and they told me the 250 points were showing on the system and will go on ....... they said thats how it works when you have vouchers for extra points :rolleyes:. ERRRRrrrrr no it doesn't Mr.Scottish man. I'll leave it for another week then check then.If they havent gone on then.... well..... lets just say they will get a round of very polite " give me my points ya skanks"

hmm well ive rang lady said she would check see if card was blocked, i have used this card in store the other night. not got another card to try as i gave up my credit cards. fingers crossed it comes back ok :eek: lady said if it is blocked because ive entered number wrong etc it should be ok by 2moz

Im not sure what we can do but i honestly think that our days of borrowing the "codes":o that our "friends gave us are nearly up it was ace whilest it lasted but no dont ring them , even in the shop ive noticed if you use voucher or coupon they scrutinize it, " did you buy this??!!, was it this size ??!!"Good God ....

I have to sAy thou i went to Asd_s the other day and there was no difference in the price of the shop the only thing keeping me with mr T is the points/clubcard system

I have to disagree with you here re sharing codes, We have a wee shortage of codes every so often and tesco are well aware that ppl share codes and I am sure they are aware that if they stop handing out codes that ppl can share they will lose sooo many customers.

The reason that so many staff are asking questions about MOC is that people rip it and spoil it for everyone. There are people who use MOC to pay for the majority of there shop. Ok its good and it saves you money and thats what gets staff asking questions.

Re calling CS - I agree 100% with you on that, I would never call CS for anything, is it worth losing all your points.....

There's currently 1000 points if you sign up to Tesco diets. Anyone know how long you have to be a member for? If you sign up then cancel a week later, do you think I'll get the points?
