I phoned the insurance people to ask about adding the extra points, and spoke to a nice guy who said that he couldn't see any record of me phoning for the quote in the first place , he asked for the exact date that I phoned , when I couldn't remember he asked me to hold the line, few minutes later he said he would have to fill a form in and put a request for the points to be added to my next statement, he also mentioned that he had someone phone this morning about the very same thing! (another moneysaver I thought ) so will have to wait until Jan I guess now to see if they arrive. :rolleyes:

hmm its still happening to me :mad: ive never had this problem online before its so annoying as i cant do shop for 500 points. it has happend in store error card not accepted so off i trot to cs ring my bank payment accepted but tesco say we've not had payment so to get my shopping they have to put card thru again and it works but i then have to wait nearly a week for the first payment to be refunded :mad:

hello ppl - quick qun if any1 can help please? - when using a points code - is the minimum spend just on the products or can it include the delivery

hi, i think its safer to go on just products the reason being is that if something is not in stock or is cheaper on the day then you will miss out on your points even if it is only by 1p hth

You still get the points if things aren't in stock, that happens to be all the time but I've always got the points. And multi-buy and BOGOF offers count towards the spend limit as well, as they don't get taken off until later on.

Crystal it's the way Tesco have there system set up, Wait a few days and it should work ok.

It's nothing to do with your card.
