Has any one has their points thing this month?? I have just had mine and the points for the Car insurance quote that they did back July/August time have not been added. Has anyone else had this??

I've just received my statement and I didn't get the car insurance points either. Seems like there are a few of us in the same boat. Did anyone actually receive them ?

Don't know whether to ring CS as I have 2 accounts and I don't want to highlight myself !

    Whats everyone else doing ?

I also didn't get the 250 points for ordering books

I know they do it at the shop. Do you get 25% off from online order too?
  • I phoned the clubcard helpline and asked about the insurance extra points and was told that I had to phone the insurance people and ask them to add the points, so will have to phone them in the morning, so will let you know how it goes!

    Xmas Saver!
anyone having probs with using bank card online? ive tried about 6 times now and just getting error msg saying problem with my card. i phoned bank up and they say no probs there end
have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving
  • Crystal if you are using switch/maestro card, this is a known fault apparently. This has happened to me loads of times both online and instore and when I go to CS or ring up head office they say theres nothing they can do and have I contacted my bank? Well yes, everytime it happens I ring my bank on my mobile and there is no problems their end, HSBC say its Tesco's fault. (Ended up using hubbys card non-switch/maestro).
  • I must say that I'm fed up with Mr T.
Not so many codes accepted PLUS delivery in my area has shot up; now ranges from £3.75 - £6.99:eek:

Yes, codes can cover it, but even so, makes me think twice about having a home delivery!

Anybody else had a hike in delivery charges??
