XX-BOT7 says £5 off £50 on first shop but sometimes these work on non first shops. expires 31/03/08 and it came thro post off tesco this morning

Do all vouchers have to be in your name- I am £1-50 short for roadside recovery deal and my daughter is willing to give me the balance is this acceptable

I have never had a problem with refunds on missing or faulty items, but with my last delivery (sunday), the driver had lost my receipt. I had to check my order from what I had on my e-mail and there was loads missing. I e-mailed Tescos and half of the missing items where out of stock, even though the driver told me I had a complete order!! I requested a receipt and I am still waiting - until I eventually receive that I cannot check what I have been charged for or anything. Great customer service!!

Getting fed up of it all already (problems with finding codes and their lack of customer service) - so popped to Asda instead yesterday. Has anyone worked out how much we spend on food shopping a year? - I think they should value us a bit more!!

Probably targetted but I hope it helps someone.


(Plus a mailing - if you spend over £200 on any large kitchen appliance ordered online using a Tesco credit card you get 999 points added automatically)
