Tesco Vouchers Codes-NO CHAT NEW THREAD

There are no new codes ... hence some of us cannot apply any of the ones being posted as we've already used them (they're duplicated) or they've expired. There are no "new" ones on other websites either.

As mentioned above, historically they don't tend to issue any at this time of the year, but will do so (hopefully) in the near future.

Just got off the phone from tescos again and apparently theres a note on my account to say im not allowed to use any vouchers and if I ring im allowed no refunds either!?

Just phoned tesco and they said that they are having problems with ecoupons at the momment so all customers should ring once there delivery has arrived and they will refund the amount the ecoupon was worth...!!!,

also my delivery was late last week (only by 15 mins), but thought i'd complain to retrive this weeks delivery charge but they would only refund half the amount as you have to allow up to an hour after you time slot????

I was told this but once my order arrived they wouldnt refund and I spoke to about 4 different people. Do not fall for this, they are deliberately lieing to us.

Seems to be no codes anywhere I have just spent ages doing a big shop online with Tesco and I am not going to pay £6.25 delivery :eek: Off to Sainsburys in the morning instead.

No refunds? What if your delivery is missing something?

I don't think I've had to ring up for a refund more than a handful of times, but their system IS open to abuse ... what's to stop me ringing them every time and saying, for example, my fillet steak and champagne wasn't delivered and claiming a refund?

i had to ring them yesterday, my bag of chops were open and there were only two chops in it, also rang them on monday, 3 weeks ago i had a joint of pork delivered, i put it straight in the freezer, come sunday when i opened it, the smell of it was awful, both times i rang them this week i had a full refund with no problems
