a few weeks ago i had shopping delivered, meat was use by that day (shopping came at 10pm) and 3 ready meals were crushed thereofre had holes in the plastic. i had 10 items out of stock with no substitues so i complained gentlemen promised to refund the meat and damaged items and refund the delivery for my inconveneince. checked my email no delivery refund so rang back and was told i wasnt getting the delivery charge back and no way was i told thatWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0
