Nokia N95 - Simple question

Hi eveyone.
This is such a simple question but i don't know the answer to it.
When you purchase a brand new Nokia N95 should it have one of those screen protectors on it that you can peel off?
When I bought mine BRAND NEW from an outlet I am not willing to name at the moment (I will do once I have confirmation from a few people on here) it didn't have it on the phone.
The man told me that the N95 didn't come with a screen protector. I had my doubts though.
I called Nokia Uk but they weren't sure!!!
Anyone got any views???
Thank you in advance

Normally should have it, every new phone I've received from the networks has had the film on the screen. (unless they are refurbs, but most of them had it aswell)
*#war0anty# might show you the date of manufacture (but will obviously be a month or two old)
Why not name the store? If you really are concerned then return it/exchange itSLC: £13000+
Quidco: £131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
Valued Opinions: £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80
StudentPanel: £250 -
I received a N95 direct from orange and that had no screen protector its the first Nokia i have had for a number of years so not sure whether or not they have them.0

The reason I didn't want to name the store is that I've been given the impression that the N95 was in fact a phone which, as hard as this is to believe, does not have a screen protector.
My gut instincts was that I was getting a second hand phone. It would appear that after reading two other replies and since then, going into the carphone warehouse and asking them (I didn't get it from them which is why I went in there) it would appear that the N95 doesn't have a screen protector on it.
Therefore, if I named the shop then i might be doing them an injustice (which would appear to be the case).0 -

My new N95 from Vodafone didn't have any film or protection on it. Have a look on eBay you can pick good ones up for a quid or two.0
