Reclaiming Natwest Advantage Gold charges

Hi, I'm about to start to try & reclaim my fees for an Advantage Gold account with Natwest. I have found some bank statements which state - Advantage Gold from 2004-2006. Is there a way that I can find out exactly when the additional charges started & ended?
