 You can use both the hotplates and the oven together with this model.

 A kettle is 3kW, think about how long that takes to boil water.Maybe I've got the sums wrong but there's roughly 3kW from 13A, 1kw for an oven and 1.7kw for the hob.
 Maybe it's 1.7kw for each ring on the hob though.
 Now think about four pans sharing 1.7kW, that's about 425W each. Or it will take seven times as long to boil the same amount of water in each saucepan on the hob.
 This is why electric cookers generally need a 30A supply. Get one put in.
 My induction hob can be told what the supply is capable of from 500W to 9.5kW, so you could get something like that, set it to 3kW, and a separate oven that only needs 13A and only use one or or the other at any particular time.Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230
