  • I got loads of vouchers out of the ACM today. What's the most you've used in one transaction - do the SA's get funny if you use a lot?

I used three today and she didn't seem to mind - 100 points on a £15 spend, 50 points on a Natural Collection mascara, and £7 off No 7 moisturisers. But I want more!

I checked the ac machine today to get my 150pts on £20 spend voucher and there was a voucher for free blades with the new bic razor and a free vit e cream cleanser with any other vit e product. Has anyone else got these? They weren't there when I checked yesterday so it was a nice surprise. Although the blades wouldn't go through as free, they has to be put through manually as 0.00.

Shelby161 - I've only had a look in Bristol Broadmead but not much there now, just the dregs really, no good offer points such as Lancaster suncare (500pts) in clearance. I could only find a couple of shelves upstairs, nothing downstairs.
A few pages ago someone seemed to find a few bargains still in Cribbs though.

What do you mean by now? Has it recently changed? Can't believe it as I have tried today and was told you can't!!!
  • Shelby, I find Cribbs is a bit adhoc. I've been a few times recently and got nothing and then went yesterday and got loads! I'm gonna try Eastgate on Thurs and will report back with any findings. I was gonna try broadmead but might not go until next week. They may have put out more by then?

btw there were loads of memory cards at cribbs but they had £9.99 clearance on them i didn't wanna try them as i could do without the hassle of taking them back.

    Hi Soph

I was lucky over Avonmeads the other day, they were reducing the toys down and i got the Dora explorer talking backpack £3.75 still £14.99 in another Boots, Fimbles Ferris wheel bath toy £2.50 and Vtech Musical DJ Junior for £5.50.

Let me know how old your nieces are and i'll let you know if i spot anything.

Sorry I know it's off topic, but I'm trying to get some Bambino Mio nappys from Boots at the moment at 20% off - unfortunately it says out of stock and web only, any ideas, are these the sort of things that come back into stock? Will they return after the offer ends I can't get them close to this price online elsewhere. £180 in boots. £225 in John lewis. £189 + postage cheapest I can get elsewhere.

Last Saturday there were loads of memory cards at Bristol Broadmead too. I think they might still be there as they have been like that since last two weeks. They are upstair, near the Kodak photo machines, in the mirror shelf.

If you are interesting about hair accessories, I saw some reduced ones (more than 20 items) at the hair accessories corner, mixed up with the normal price.

If somebody still has 100 pts on buying photo frame, there are a lot of boots photo frame discount near the optician section. Don't know whether they are BOGOF.

Last Saturday I spotted lots of good bargains there. But stopped myself on spending more. Within the last three months, my bank statement has shown lots of Boots transaction (more than £1,500 -- some I bought for family and friends who stay aboard at the moment). So scary and need to stop myself of buying more. Might think of ebaying some stocks (4 big cardboard boxes) I have.

Just felt sorry for myself that I forgot to use 500 pts on £15 spending on electronic beauty. Went to Boots on Queens Road today. Saw No7 mirror (£19.99) which I really like and want to get it. But forgot to bring the voucher with me. Then, just checked it now. Unfortunately, the voucher expired today. Poor me!!!

:T This might be long sorry ... It's my birthday today so my hubbie came with me to two boots sessions while we were out :)

Quite pleased with what i did get but more about other things further down..

    first shop

    Sanex Deodrant - BOGOF
    Andrex toilet rolls - BOGOF
    TS mens lipbalm - 33p

    Gained a £5 voucher - hurray!

Second Shop - most succesful :D

    1st transaction

Olay T/E Therm polish - £6.99 gained 500pts parent voucher
Time Delay cleanser - FREE with voucher

    Gained a £5 voucher!

    2nd transaction

Calpol - £1.08 - 50% off back to school voucher
    Calpol cold - £1.79 - 50% off
Time Delay Toner - FREE with voucher

    3rd transaction

Time delay eye bright - 50p with voucher

CHUFFED with all that. The SA was very helpful and put them through twice as weren't working properly.. she was laughing at how many vouchers i used and how much i saved.

Glitches i tried and didnt work

Sanctuary - I tried putting a bag through first, then a £2.50 item - didn't work so got refund.

TS professional shampoo - used 1/3 voucher from ACM - didn't work and took it off the lip balm i got instead

I printed a FREE boots cleanser voucher but couldn't find them in one store, the next i tried wouldn't accept them as they said they werent from their store - is this right???

    ALSO :A

i got two of the survey printouts to win £1000 so entered twice - hope i can do?
