  • Liverpool boots and speke boots had some new bits out today. Liverpool boots was quite good, speke boots wasn't worth the trip. At Liverpool I got 6 Mediterranean bergamot candle for £1 (had been 6 or 7) and a Sanctuary washbag set with 3 minis for £1. They also had really cheap ?glitterbabes lip gloss sets for 20p.

Oooo...!!! New thread new thread! :D

Excitedly read through all 5 pages... should've quoted things I guess, but I'm a bit hyped.

    Re: Pigsback
For my last 5 orders, the correct points only came through for 2 of them. Two got no points, and one had too few, but after waiting the necessary 28 days I sent them an email (casual, friendly, no need to get stroppy.. I save that for message 2 hehe) then they replied asking me to forward my Boots.com confirmation order emails, and ta daaa, the points were added later. Worth looking out and double checking points, but until pigsback return to 4 points per £ I'm back to quidco :D

    Re: London bootsing session
Argh! Dratted work! That sounds like fun, but agree with someone (sorry, forget who and where!) and their comment that central london stores prime stores arent great with sales. Not at the standard I hear about from the rest of you anyway, but there are a few bargains to be had... nothing in the 25p range that I've seen... yet...! Saw Sally's mention of Hammersmith... got me eager, that's close... *salivates* ;)

    Anddd.....£5 skincare vouchers - Woohoo!

just thought it was worth mentioning that pigsback are offering 4 points per £1 spent at boots at the moment as part of an 'up to 5x more' offer on 40 of there offers. i have made 5 orders recently and have only received points automatically for 1 (after about 33 days) have had to chase for the rest.

Oh, forgot to share that I bought some no7 items today. The total cost for 6 items was around £70. First the SA tried to put all together in one transaction (no ACM there). But I asked for 2 transaction (so I can get 2 free gift of over £18 spending on no7). She said I can get 3 free gifts of the whole lot. So she had scan all items then 3 free gifts. All 3 were gone through, but can't get 4.

So we wanted to make an experiment by putting them in 2 separate transactions. Bingo!! Got 2 free gifts per transaction.

3 for 2 and 2 free gifts for £35 spending.

Guess that the till might count from the full price of product. So it let me have 2 or 3 (maximum might be 3 free gifts per transaction).

    HTH
