A huge thank you to the poster who gave the heads up on Lancaster suncare. I bought 3 bottles of sports factor 8 for £3.25 each and got 1500 points. Second purchase was the raved about Time delay factor 15 day moisturiser using the skincare voucher, a reduced eye liner and roc cleansing pads (used last £5) ROC voucher. Total of £5.94 and gained another skincare voucher.
Only grump was my final purchase of some Jasper Contran EDT which had a red circle price so should I think have been half the ticket price but rang through at £10. Still a bargain but I may ring customer services tomorrow. They don't half make their sale prices confusing.Toxic & Tired - Starting 2010 afresh :beer:0 -

Till takes off both the £3 stop smoking coupon, and the £5 skincare voucher! So only £1 to pay
And for the over 60's, the 10% too, so only 10p to pay  .
I love Boots
Great news ,shame I used my vouchers,I'll need to get some more:rolleyes:
No sign of our voucher seller on ebay this time:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0 -
super keen money saver I am planning a trip to LC tomorrow - I am still a bit of a boots novice (tend to stick to Tesco as you can self scan) what are they like at taking coupons there?
Many thanks dustyThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

I remeber getting some hydroquench day sorbet as a sample in a previous GWP and thought that I might try to pick up some more today as it's really nice - I went to try the tester and it was soooo nasty! My hand stilll smells vile - so I think/hope it was off! Does anyone know if they've changed it? I remember it beinga really light cream and this was really thick. Arrghhh....*shudders*
Might trek to the retail park tommorrow, any Oxford people spotted any bargians out there?:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
The old style packaging Trevor Sorbie Conditioner in Blue for everyday care goes through for £1.50 so together with the 250 pts voucher from the ACM means Boots pay you a £1 to take it away!! Got 2 and left others. Also the No7 Charm bracelet scans for nothing but eagle eyed SA wouldn't let me have it so will have to go back and choose a better SA... LOL0

hiya dusty,
i didn't try giving vouchers today (was a very quick shop!)....but i would hope they'd be ok. had a nice girl who served me (aimee)...might be worth looking out for her! lol...also just to let you know, the ACMs were out of order today (both of them) as they are brand new and have a technical fault! they do look well funky tho!! (word of warning watford boots only has 1 working ACM located upstairs near cosmetics)
One more warning...the ROC item i bought today from LC expired 04 2007!! and typical me i put it on my lips before checkin the date! eeek!!! hopefully im not going to end up with trout pout :S:eek: ...did call up manager at LC who said i could refund it at my local store and he'll post out a £10 gift voucher! very nice of him! off now to scrub my lips (yet again!!)0 -
I had an amazing day in Boots today (I say day cos I was literally in there all afternoon!). Got some straighteners for a Christmas present for £20 (were red stickered at 40), some Jasper Conran aftershave for OH for £10 (stickered 20), a reduced silk photo album for £3 (unfortunately BOGOF wouldn't work on it but I did use a 100points ACM voucher) and Botanics facewash for £1.50 (stickered at 3 and used 100 points voucher from mag). Also used 300 extra points from ACM.
All of that put my points total to £58 sooo off I went and treated myself to the 100ml size of Stella EDPAnd while I was, I spotted some more Stella items in the perfume sale section (which was quite big by the way), mostly body lotions and things for still extortionate prices, but I did get myself this gorgeous little Refillable Purse Spray, small purple bottle with Stella on it that you can keep in your handbag and it comes with 4 refills in, so 40ml of perfume. For £10.50
So course I had to get that too
As I was paying I mentioned to the nice SA that I was gutted I had missed the free Stella bag promotion while I waited for my replacement AC to arrive, and she went out the back and got me one cos I was spending a fair bit
I was so chuffed.
Also bought the Time Delay eye cream using my £5 skincare voucher, so 2.99 to pay
All in all a great dayMother, wife, scientist, analyst.
