  • I can't think of anything cheaper. The shampoo and conditioners are pretty good. If you ever suffer from greasy hair then the exceptionally clean shampoo is the only one i have ever found to make a difference.
Oh they also do an eyebrow pencil for £9.

I was told this at 4 different Boots too - let us know what happens... I might call CS for some refunds :D

CS told her that if the signs were still up they should have honoured the half price again and put £15 on her card.
  • Boots at the Elk Mill retail park Oldham had 64mb and 128mb SD cards for £2 and £3 respectively. Sold out now, but have other formats of memory cards for about £4 or £5, and when you print off the 500 points voucher for any memory card from the AC machine they're paying you to take them away.
  • i had same thing was charged full proce but my dd has riped up reciept do i need this to call cs ????

yep, they have said they will send out a form and investigate it. amtrak left it on the doorstep it says on tracking. the dooorstep!!!! i dont have a porch and i think it is ridiculous - i must admit i do live in a cul de sac so maybe the driver thought it would be safe but still...

did you find that they sorted it out easily enough once they had your form back? or did it take them a while to replace/refund you?

I've not sent the form back yet. It's a real pain you have to send a photocopy of your passport and driving licence. I have neither!

Just called up CS about only 100points being added when I was told 200 would be added, just spoke to Jamie (female), and she's put them on, and she's going to have a word with Romford about thier acm machines never working :D yay! (i've just made my 20th complaint over it)

ring customer services they are usually helpful. Its not your fault and they will know that the voucher hasn't been used.Similar thing happened to me last week-sa gave me the £2 digital voucher back and my reciept for the topup payment but did not give me the vocuher number reciept.I only realised when i got home when i went back she denied any knowledge of it.
