ring customer services they are usually helpful. Its not your fault and they will know that the voucher hasn't been used.Similar thing happened to me last week-sa gave me the £2 digital voucher back and my reciept for the topup payment but did not give me the vocuher number reciept.I only realised when i got home when i went back she denied any knowledge of it.
thanks i tried that already head office says it between me and store, cant get back to the store as my oh gone to work now..oh well0 -
Re: clinique cheapest items - foxy-lady and yummymummytobe are right, the cheapest clinique items you can get are their shampoos and conditioners, which are £8 each. Next cheapest are their nail varnish (they call it nail enamel, sounds posh! ) which is £8.50 & superbalm lip treatment, also £8.50 and worth every penny in my opinion! The GWP is really nice, & if you've got the money to spare it's well worth buying 3 items so you get the extra 2 gifts.
Squiggle - that's absolutely shocking, the mistake is theirs not yours, they should put it right. I'd pester them until they do! Failing that, only suggestion I've got is maybe sell the top-up on to a friend who's on that nextwork? At least that way you're not out of pocket!:rolleyes:OS weight loss challenge: 4.5/6 lbs0 -

See the vouchers are looking rubbish again."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle.
