Today in Lincoln:
Children's science kits (magnets, optical illusions etc) all reduced to well under a fiver.
The no7 'Gorgeous' palette reduced to £8, also other cosmetic bits, and Donna Karan's Gold EDT, 100ml, RRP £56, for £14.
I spent £30, and failed to even look for a total spend voucher in the ACM, proving that shopping with a twitching husband damages brain cells.0 -
Had my eyes tested in Blackpool Boots today, had free test voucher from Health Club, spent £124 on 2pr glasses but got 124 points.....rang to query, as back of receipt stated "4 points per £"....very nice chap on the phone gave me extra 372 points, THEN told me actually it should be 1 point per £ on Opticians! Must have been my lucky day!2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

sarah jessica parkers new prefume, free lotion worth £15 and free vanity case used my points so 2900 points. great offer i thought as i havent seen the free case and lotion offer anywhere else together.
but i think i have been naughty but it wasnt my fault the sa should have doen her job properly. i got 2 boots disposable camera and gave the parenting free camera voucher. turned out i had picked the wrong cameras up so i asked the sa to void them off, she did no problem but she left them in my bag. so i have still ended up with 2 free cameras and the voucher. is that wrong? it was her job to take tyhe cameras back wasnt it.
i just kept quiet.
great shopping day all together really bought some shoes in selct priced at £9.99 went through at £3.99 and my top which was £12.99 went through at £10.39.

Have been away for a few days but before I went I was in boots with a friend. I had the 100 points off Tony n Guy and she had the 200 points. I got 2 of the 9.99 (2 for £7) hair stuff gift sets (with the 6 pots of different hair stuff) and was able to use my 100 points and her 200 points on it. So instead of it being 19.98 I got them for £7 plus 300 points
did this twice and will prob do again as my friend didn't want her acm coupons even after I showed her how good they were!!! Have got few for nephews christmas pressies and will get more for car boot that I'm doing this w/e.
Thanks for this idea. I decided to get two the Toni & Guy gift sets too but as I only had vouchers for 200 points I wouldn't be able to use two in the one transaction so did it t his way
Transaction 1 and 2 : a mini shampoo : £1.69 and used my 200 points coupon with each.
Transaction 3 and 4 : a mini conditioner : £1.69 and used my 200 points coupon with each.
Transaction5 : Two £9.99 gift sets which go through at 2 for £7.00. Used my points
So ended up with two bottles of shampoo, two bottles of conditioner and two gift sets for an outlay of £6.76 and 100 points left over.0 -

Got a bit of a dilemma that I've been putting off for a while now  just wondering if anyone can help...
I bought one of the tooth whitening pens when they were going for £2.15 with the vouchers (no longer have the receipt, I buy things and shove them in my bathroom tub and bag with receipt in the bin, I'm hopeless
) and around the same time I saw them in Home Bargains for cheap so I picked up another.
Then I saw on here a few of you had got blistered lips when using it, and as I already spend 50% of my life with flippin cold sores I decided no chance I'm using the tooth pen!
So now I have two sat here, I want to take the Boots one back there for an exchange but I'm worried as I can't tell which one I bought from Boots and which from HB. If I take back the wrong one, is the till going to go berserk, I don't think I could stand the embarrassment

Have a look at the barcodes on the back: do they have the same barcode? If yes, shouldn't matter which one you take back to boots. If they're not the same brand all I can suggest is you have a look in boots and see which of the 2 brands they sell! HTHOS weight loss challenge: 4.5/6 lbs0

I think from memory on my receipt it took it from approx £12 to £6 then down to £2.15 with the quit smoking voucher so think it was 50% .. didnt seem to make sense at the time though.0 -
Anyone who pays on .com by paypal and through your debit card/bank account. Does it come straight on your account details/statement?
I've placed three .com orders via paypal.. all showing as paid/tranferred from account but none are on my bank statement. I'm really worried to leave it as i dont want it all to come out in one go.0
