  • There is list on the first post of pruducts you cn get with the skincare vouchers. The cheapest being Time Delay Toner, Cleanser and Exfolitor. Olay Hand Cream £4.97. Make sure it is the hand cream you get not the hand treatment a this is £6.49.

Which boots are you going to, im guessing princess street?

It is hit or miss with the 500points olay voucher, some people have managed to get it to work but others have not been so lucky.

Excellent thank you. Am going to aim for Princes Street today and then try and find the rest on Wednesday when hubby is not sitting exams. One baby awake, just waiting for toddler to wake then we can get shopping.

  • Grrrrrrrr...Gloucester boots has virtually nothing left in Time Delay and I got another voucher this morning! But we now have four shiny pink ACM's ready to be used from tomorrow.......guess where I'm going in the morning......
  • How weird, I got the hand treatment the other week and it cost me £5.39

Any ideas if it was on a special offer? I don't think it was as there wasn't a red label on the shelf edge, just a normal one!

    Sorry my confusion.
On.com the normal one is £4.79 and the fragrance fre is £6.49

Oooops, i must have picked up the fragrance free one. :o Never mind good old pigsback paid the extra

I've been to two boots today and there was nothing left in the time delay!! :( everything had sold out on the shelf.. going to try another one just now to see again.

i asked earlier about returning something without a receipt.. value was £100 approx and i was told i couldnt get a gift card i had to purchase something else with the money :( i hadnt prepared for this as i hadnt thought about what to get but i managed to find something... Not sure this is correct policy though or whether the SA took a dislike to me taking something back this price without receipt.. (it was an unwanted gift).

I've had the same trouble. I thought I would be able to get a gift card (after all I'd have to spend the money in Boots) but apparently they changed their policy around 2 years ago. They even showed me the back of the receipt (when i kicked up a bit of a fuss :o ) that states without a receipt you can have an exchange. Head office confirmed this. Shame really, seems a bit of a daft policy to me

Exactly the same here - i said 'no i have had a gift receipt before' and swore i had done, lol... then remembered after i had receipt! :o never mind job done now but it is a shame you have to pick something that day and i dont see what the diffrence is when it gets spent back in there anyway?. :)
  • Have they stopped the No7 mirror & light? mines stopped working, I have the box not the reciept can I exchange??
I'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!

I didn't even realise there was a fragrance free one!...I wish I'd have got that one now! :rotfl: It's not the nicest smelling hand cream I've ever used, but I like the pump bottle!

Re: Returning without a receipt...sorry, not sure how to double quote (can anyone enlighten me as to how to do that please? thanks in advance!) I would have been cheeky and said ''well can I exchange it for a gift card then?'' :p it makes no sense why they don't allow this, as surely the money is still going to them from a giftcard so it's no different to exchanging really.

How many of us still have skincare vouchers not used??

I was going to go to my 3rd boots of the day but DH has just come in from work and talked me out of it - i.e put his foot down :)

Also, the J&J wipes are in short supply.. i managed to get one more pack today and i just looked on .com and noticed they were the same price on there too but i missed that one :(

..if something shows as stock coming soon is there a way of being notified when it comes in?
  • Still got 5 vouchers here - going after tea to go use them up (with pigsback voucher)
Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out - but I can usually shut her up with cake!
