  • (This is Cerenia, i'm visiting home this weekend and if I log funkyfarmgirl out, she won't take me to boots!)
Going into boots tonight to pickup my 8 lot of photos with vouher, use 5 last skincare vouchers (can someone tell me what Olay products you're getting cheap, and using the 500point parenting voucher on? I bodged and tried to use a olay total effects product with the £5 skincare voucher - doesn't work >.<) Also got masses of other vouchers to use, but shrewsbury has nothing in the sale in meole brace, just going in to use vouchers up.
Inside me lives a skinny woman crying to get out - but I can usually shut her up with cake!

If i bought something during the sale period for half price and removed the stickers but it is not suitable .. but havent kept the receipt.. can i take it back to store and is it likely they will give me what i paid, sale price or maybe full price? not sure what it will come up as..

I did return my son jacket that I brought wrong size. I can't find his size to exchange though. I thought I put the receipt in the bag (I brought with half price and 20% off on baby - paying by points too). What I expected was getting the exact amount of points that I paid for back to my card.

However, when I was at the till, I couldn't find the receipt. Still had no idea what should I do. The nice SA said to me that no problem and gave me a gift card back. Quickly left the till as people queuing up after me.

Then, checked the receipt later that I got a gift card for full price. I didn't take any half price tag out. I was so lucky that day. However, money from the gift card will be spent back to Boots later.

Quick question that I hoping one of my fellow bootsers can help me out with

If you purchase something on boots.com and pay via paypal - but need to return it -do you return it to a store and if so how do they refund you for it

    Many thanks

I returned my item by post - I think it was free as I just repackaged and stuck on the return label that they give you.
They refunded the amount back to my paypal a few days later.

thanks for the info acguest. I have just been reading on the boots.com website and it does say you can return to store - not sure how they will refund though - so will give them a quick ring later today to see what would happen, I dont mind if they put it onto a gift card because I am always buying something or other out of boots.
