Boots Grabbit Bargains Thread part 11 - post your finds here

placed a little order for yoga mats and atkins bars this morning, then went into a tiddly boots and used 10 skincare vouchers to get time delay stuff, handcreams, line smoother, cleanser, toner and exfoliator, 2 of each.

Where is gapton hall in gt yarmouth?? I know the one in the shopping centre but thats it.

Took the plunge today and decided to try my luck at proper bootsing like all you guys.

Went into Boots and purchased 3 different skincare products and used 3 £5 skin care vouchers. Kind Sales Assistant was very happy to put them all through as 3 seperate transactions and I even used a 500points voucher on one of the products Olay Total effect. Also got 2 disposable cameras on buy one get one free and used freebie camera voucher from parenting club.

So all in all a good day 3 skin care items 2 disposable cameras and 500 points and all I spent was £ 1.49 (the extra bit payable on the skin care items)

Going back tomorrow as I have another 2 £5 skincare vouchers and another 500 points voucher on total effects, at this rate I will have all my christmas pressies sorted by end of first week in september

Hi, Barnsley boots today reduced all the clearance cosmetics down to 50p
They are in cardboard boxes between the 2 main doors, some were a bit messy as others had leaked onto them but with a wipe will be perfect.
I got 3 NO7 nail varnish, 2 maybelline lip glosses & some max factor shimmer eye gloss.
I would take a tissue with you to wipe your hands as you browse though.

It didn't work for me. I bought 3 slimfast (not the summer fruits one, Vanilla & 2 Choc). Before inserting my card, 342 had shown up. But after my card (health club member), it has just half-price offer. So I ended up paying £1.77 - 59 p per each.

This thing also happened with vitamins too. I bought 3 big vitamins bottles. Before my boots card, 342 kicked on. After that, it was just half-price offer. If I had known about this before, I would bought only 1 that I really wanted.

On a desperate hunt for Time Delay face wipes ... none in any of the 3 branches I can reach.
Time Delay is getting really thin on the ground anyway now and I have 4 vouchers left!

I called CS to complain about being sworn at by a memeber of staff... Nothing was ever done. I might follow that up tomorrow.

I think the 1/2 price is only on Slimfast Smoothies, not normal shakes. Says in the health club leaflet too. Works on all threee flavours. Worked for me the other day.:D
