    i wonder if anyone can help.

    i had my advantage card stolen about 2 and a half months ago (only about £28 on it....nothing like what some of you guys have got!! i would die if i lost more than what i have!!)

    i rang boots straight away and asked for a new one, they said the system was down and someone would call me back.

    2 weeks later (was very busy with work/home) nobody had rung me back, so i contacted them again and managed to order a replacement.

    i've now been waiting for just under 8 weeks for my new card to arrive (imagine all the bootsing i've missed!!!!) and still haven't recieved one. what should i do now?

    I ordered 2 clinique items on .com I did not get the free gift - like you it was not in the cart so assumed you did not get it and points was an online thing instead but think I was wrong as in store it looked like you got both.

    I bought in store for the gift but you didn't get the points too (although it was triple points anyway)

    The gift online is only a DDM 15ml in a clear airport bag. Maybe you could give them a call and ask for it.

    Just a quick question - sorry if it's been asked before.

    Just bought a some bits and a TD hand cream with my £5 voucher, and a TD Balm with £3.50 + another £5 voucher. SA didn't give me a voucher for either transaction - is that right? Pay with a voucher & cash, and don't get another voucher even if it's over £5?
