They don't provide an email address. There is a form on the website but this works intermittently. So, the only option is to call the 0844 number to speak to them.
When I checked my bill, I had spent around £10 on phone calls. This may not seem much but it's adding insult to injury with the frustration of having to repeatedly call them to get my own money back!

I ordered, I paid, I waited, and waited, and waited.
When I contacted their "Customer Service"(!), they told me the courier had smashed the wine and returned it (but they hadn't thought to let me know obviously). Their estimate to send another case was 10-20 days (okay, it must be coming on the back of a donkey!).
I waited.
Then I suggested this was too long and they said the courier had just tried to deliver but I had refused to accept it!!! (Absolute lie from someone). They gave me a link to Yodel to allow me to see the tracking. Yodel said "don't know anything about this -refer to supplier).
A month later and I have my money back, which they seemed rather pleased about. I'm happy to have my money back but Giordano were incapable of delivering in the UK and their customer service failed to address the issue remotely adequately. Their last communication with me in intelligible English was "we hope this hasn't put you off from ordering from us again" - I would have told them not to hold their breath but the pain of having to raise a new complaint each time I wanted to contact them (their cust svce email is noreplay@girodano (sic)!!!
Save yourself some aggravation - Lidl's wine and delivery service is great.0 -

I read some much older posts and many people seem to have had a poor experience.
I have bought 2 cases. one recently [now], and one a few months ago.
These were not bought directly from them but through Wowcher and other "special offer" websites.
It does take a long time to arrive. I think they ship from Italy.
Anyway I think that by ordering in this way you avoid confusion and can get the website to help.
I have had no problem with the wine as it seems fine for the price so it must be down to communication.
Regarding the cost of phoning register with 18185 and the calls will be much cheaper.
1 case was a dinner set and some Italian food [and 12 wines!],
2nd. case was some Italian food, a box with wine opening tools and 13 bottles of wine.
AS far as comments about cost, well £60 is not bad.
You can get 12 bottles from Laithwaits £39. [only once] but it is an intro to get you to join club [no obligation to buy].
Virgin wines the same. Still a great bargain.0 -
Mine arrived this week, probably 2 weeks from ordering, about what I expected. Our local YODEL guy's are brilliant and always leave items where told via special instructions.
The wine seems very good for the money, the crockery is decent stuff and the food items are good quality. Overall, very pleased.
Does anyone know if customers can repeat the order or is it a One per Household deal? I'm keen to buy a couple more for family members.
If you go through the website wowcher [search wine] it should turn up and you can order. You can order more as gifts.
Offers vary though so may not get crockery etc.

I took advantage of a similar offer last year. It is very good value. BUT be prepared to be pestered by them for ages after until you have managed to block all the different numbers they call you from!0
