My laptop full of pop ups, advertisement powered by Luflurla, removed it few times keep coming back. how would i get rid of it pl

Have you tried malwarebytes?

You never removed as it wouldn't still be there.

Try http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/Removal-Tools/AdwCleaner.shtml

And then don't willingly install the rubbish again.
