On the back of the card, it says a copy of the T&Cs can be obtained at any participating store. That would tend to suggest they aren't online.0

I asked the store however I want to check on whether on what they said is backed up by black ink on paper. Not every employee carrys the halfords employee manual around containing the t&c lol.0

OK, what part of, "a copy of the T&Cs can be obtained at any participating store" are you having difficulty understanding? Are people phobic nowadays about actually asking real human beings for help?
Check your card, if you have one, what is says in bullet point 5 on the back.0 -
I'm lost, what is the question that is being asked in store ?
The T&Cs will not say that you can or can not order on line then change to trade in store. The facility is in store only, it is not open for on line ordering - simples.
As I have quoted aboveHalfords stock items - 6 digit item code - can have the discount applied at the till by cancelling the order and scanning the items.
Special parts order -14 digit item code - can only be purchased at trade price if ordered in store.
The 14 digit coded items will be put to return to supplier but until they are actually booked out they are available to sell and can be sold through the till but each item code is particular to that item - 2 of the same will have different codes - and has a price that will not be varied by using the trade card in exactly the same way as any other item available not available at trade discount. Ordering the item in store using the trade card will activate the trade price on that order. OP has never mentioned which type of item codes were ordered.0 -
They are the 14 digit item codes.
Ok understood I have to order instore to get the trade price and wait for the order delivery to store. For ordering instore can I pay upon delivery collection or do I have to pay in advance?0 -
