Yorkshire Water - Accountability to the customer?

I am still waiting for a reply from YW as to what is going on and where any bill is for the money they have taken from my credit balance.
In the meantime I have checked the website and it states that if you are on a water meter, which I am then you are billed quarterly. The 4th quarter bill they supplied on 13 February was paid in full from the credit balance of my account. So my interpretation of this would be that they should not be taking any further money from the account balance until the time of the next quarterly bill in May 2015.
My issue remains that as they have taken an additional £52.42 from my credit balance then they should not be doing it without issuing some form of bill/statement to account for it. I must have the right to know what they have taken the money for?
Depending on their response I may just opt to go to quarterly billing on production of the bill.0
