Can I just be the first to say how utterly ghastly the new look MSE forum is.

Sorry Nigel yoiu can't be the first to say it 'cos there's already about 10 threads going saying exactly the same thing.

I believe the new format may have been sponsored by either the IPC or BPA, judging by the comments above - (with which I agree).

Your comments have been seen many times before; they are without merit, and are consequently unworthy of further consideration.

The onus is on the commentator to prove his case; by commenting on this you have contractually agreed to pay £100!

    Case dismissed!

Stump up, chum, we've got you shafted! :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The signs were displayed on the new-look forum when it was around and, therefore, were unreadable. And I have lots of witnesses.
