    just the code , no loggin details given , just googled the number , seems a number used by

    You might have an old account set up with Microsoft and someone is trying to access it? In which case it might be worth trying to find the details for any old accounts you have with Microsoft and logging in and closing them.

    Unlikely to be legit in any way because you would have recently logged into or set up an account with Microsoft and be expecting this second part of a two-part verification.

    Do you use Windows 8(.1)? It is a way of adding your account to a new computer. If you didn't do this then change your password.
