Hi
I hv a Nokia 1112i on virgin mobile, but the phone is not working properly.
Whenever i try to make any call, the phone automatically reboots. I have not been able to make even a single call with the phone. But its out of the 28 days return period, I have only got the outside box of the phone, without the inside hard thing which holds the phone and charger. though i have the accessories aupplied the phone.

Can I still exchange the phone or get it serviced?

Thnx for looking

You don't say where you bought the phone from, but if you got it direct from Virgin, their T&Cs state:

    Our full 12 month warranty

If your new phone goes wrong within that period and it is covered by the warranty, we'll do all the legwork for you to get it fixed. If you do need a replacement phone, we'll provide you with one that's 'as new'. If it's not covered we'll advise you on what to do. However, if your phone was bought from a shop, you'll need to take it back there and a different returns policy may apply. Please check direct with the store.

The full terms of the Virgin Mobile warranty are in the joining pack you'll receive with your phone.

The 12-month warranty is an additional benefit and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
I'd be tempted to go back to where you bought the phone (especially if that's Virgin) as they might just exchange it for a new one (especially as it's a "low-end" model and may not be economical to repair). If you go to a Nokia agent, they'll probably just send it away for inspection and you may not get a loan phone, so you'll be left without for a few weeks.
