when youre in spain just get a local satellite guy to install a satellite dish for you. everytime im in spain i still watch sky/bbc etc its available everywhere

This is correct. I have a friend who goes to Spain quite often. They have an apartment over there with a satellite dish and all they do it unplug their sky box and take it with them when they go.

Not quite that simple i'm afraid, depending on which part of Spain you visit, a dish of at least a metre and up to 2.4 metres is required, and the dish needs to be mounted on a south facing wall with a clear line of sight to the satellite, ie; no buildings / trees etc. blocking the signal.

    So it isn't available " everywhere. " i'm afraid.

Take a look at DigitalSpy Forum for further advice.

Go to http://www.satelliteforcaravans.co.uk/ for all the info you'll ever need. When you see a sky van parked in the street, ask the sky man for a casher to supply dish/cable/second-hand box etc

If you have a property in Spain then you can have sky installed there. Depending on location and choice of stations a fairly large dish is needed. I am in the Costa del Sol and I get 24/7 reception of all stations with a 1.3 meter dish If you are in the CDS region go to https://www.surinenglish.com click on clasified ads then on video/tv then search on sky you will see many companies advertising their services
