Hi, Apologies if this has appeared before, but I've searched and can't see any reference to this particular issue. A letter was received in May 2014 for allegedly 'parking' in a no parking zone at Liverpool Airport. This was ignored as was the next similar letter (July 2014) both from VCS. I have now had two bailiffs…
