Not sure I'm going to explain myself very clearly, so apologies in advance :o.

I want to connect my laptop to a monitor but the laptop doesn't have a VGA port. I have a VGA adapter like this (I don't have a Mac but it looks the same) but my laptop doesn't have a mini USB port either.

What is the simplest option to overcome this? Is this what I'm looking for? The connections look to be the right way round - the VGA cable I think is male as it has the sticky out bits which get inserted in the female :o, and the USB end would plug into my laptop?

Thanks.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
