Awww I had put my added bits in RED but this text box has made it all one colour.
it think those who are clued up on this will know for sure what I have added!
Thanks

they will reject it, you need the POPLA code they will send you. I have won against parking eye twice at POPLA!0

Edit the post to mask those PCN references (if they are real).
Whilst doing that, you can highlight the text parts that were red in your document and make them red using the edit box.0 -
ello again - I have received my POPLA - the main facts i have to put in it are
- the sum they wish to take from me does not equate to the loss of funds experienced
- the reason I underpaid was due to the poor signage - the signs time structures confused me as i thought I was okay to park after six as long as i had paid up until 6pm...(NOT THE CASE)
- I have a parking ticket i purchased so why would i wish to go through all of this for the sake of not paying an extra £.150 ontop of what I had already paid ....surely the POPLA people will see me as legit - i was over my paid 'time limit' (for want of a better phrase) not because of poor time keeping or any time consuming circumstances - I was over the time limit because the signage suggested I was covered to be.
- I have taken pics of the signage for reference, and a pic of the parking receipt which was fully displayed - not that that matters here as Parking eye snap you as you come in and out of the car park.
I think thats all my argument and my appeal... do you think this is all okay when written out to POPLA - the stickie notes have helped a lot thank you.

I don't think i should use the phrase 'confused me' more like Parking eye have purposely used poor and confusing signage - to which I have attached for your perusal' ????0

Nutella, you need to post your draft up here for a critique before sending it.
#15 is no use in helping us to help you.
You must present a formal, well-written letter, using the templates on the Fourm, tweaked to fit.
Write in the 3rd person, not 'I'. Use 'the keeper'.

Hello again!
I've had another response from Parking eye ......My last letter to them was posted on 26th May and they have written back to me on the 25th June...
They are confident that they have provided me with sufficient information to enable me to understand the issues in this case and basically the nature of the proposed proceedings is to recover a Parking charge in the sum of £100 which was issued on.......
They are confident the LBC was fully compliant and they've told me that my reference to Annex A is no longer accurate and amendments were made as of 6th April . ....they've given me a link to the website
my POPLA time has now passed and they have sent all the letters they have sent me with highlighted bits - ON single sided paper - not on the double sided they originally send out.
They want to know what specific area they have not addressed...
Well....I did ask them to provide a detailed explanation of how the amount £100.00 has been calculated...and they haven't. so i'm still wondering why it costs so much!
I also asked to explain exactly what they were giving me a PCN on, i wrote:
" fully explain the breach of contract and reason for rejection of appeal".- Because in their LBCCC all they wrote was that is was
" a breach of the terms and conditions on the ...th March."
Please can some lovely person advise my next move? They've totally not listened to my reasoning - I have a copy of the ticket i bought to be in the car park...... Their signage was misleading - three different tariffs not explained at all!!!
In my eyes I paid over what i had to - I wasn't late in getting to my car or anything like that.... In fact I strolled down to my car - thinking I had the bloomin' time in the world!!!
Thank you

I'm confused. Did you appeal to PoPLA?
If not, why not?
If you did, why didn't you win? Did you modify an appeal from the PoPLA decisions thread or one of the winning appeals from the NEWBIES thread?
If you are now at court stage you have got yourself into a hole that you could easily have stepped over by following the advice given to you here. Now it will be harder, but not impossible to win.
If this is indeed the case, you need to read up the court section of the NEWBIES thread and buy the Parking-Prankster's (very cheap) court guide and get stuck into your research.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
