Plusnet agreed to pay me £50 cashback when I renewed my broadband contract in January 2015.
I have made numerous phone calls and opened various help threads and made complaints on their site and keep getting the stock answer thaat they are waiting to here from their marketing dept.
It's now 2 months and I still do not have the cashback.
Looking at their forum I am not the only one pursuing their cashback

What was the time scale for this cashback-or was it an account credit? 90 days is not unknown for cashback payments to reach your account.No free lunch, and no free laptop
