JET2 just won't let go, will they... Even though it has been laid down by a Judge that the term is 6 years without exception they are still trying on the 2 year time limit.
Appalling behavior, I suppose the CAA now taking them to task on it is closing the door after the horse has bolted..

I didn't catch all of it, but on the ITV news earlier, legal action being brought against Jet2, Wizzair and Air Lingus for failure to comply with the compensation regulations.
It was only a matter of time.0 -
well Jet2 in their statement seem to think the CAA is as toothless in this instance as they are in flight delay claims.....they dont expect to be going anywhere the courts0
