Tesco Online Account - where are savings accounts?

    Just been playing about and it much depends where you are starting from. top right hand corner there is a box that says:
    Add my other accounts
    If you've got a Tesco Bank credit card, you can add it to your overview.


    IF that isn't there click on: online banking overview right at the top of the page .

    I already had one single log-in for 2 current accounts & credit card and a couple of months ago I applied for two internet savers from within my existing OB log-in but they did not link as I expected them to - I have two seperate log-ins for my 2 savers so thats now 3 log-ins overall. I too was told by CS to use a link on the right of the screen within OB but that was only to link a credit card with current account which was already done - there was no option for linking a savings account.

    It's an irritation and I have spoken to the CS on two occasions but is still not resolved.

    OK, tried that.
    If you've got a Tesco Bank credit card, you can add it to your overview.
    I thought that was just for the credit card, but tried the 16 digit number that is on the Instant Access Savings card and...

    This could be because
    • we've not been able to find any of your accounts with the details you entered
    • we couldn't confirm that you're the owner of the account details you entered, for example, you may be an additional cardholder
    • the details you entered were for an account which can't be managed online
    Please check that the information you entered is correct and try again.

    Seems a bit of a mess Tesco have here, although that link specifically says credit card.
