                    Recently created accounts at Tesco.
Current account
and 2 Instant Access Savings Accounts.
When I log in I get
Your Personal Current Account Application on 12 Mar 2015 is being processed
and no sign of the savings accounts.
The login in page apart from the above statement is empty, and all I can do is "manage my security details"
Both have the initial first payment, and 1 is has now been activated by telephone, and both savings accounts have the DD set up on the source accounts.
If I select Savings from the drop down before I log in it still takes me to the same page.
Is this normal?
Still waiting for the application pack for the current account, but have had many letters regarding the savings accounts so far.

I'd call them. Their CS is very good.0

So, I take it that is not normal?
Should we see both the current accounts and savings account under the same login?
 My wife phoned up CS
 1) For the Current Account, the application pack was posted 12th March, so they are resending that pack, since nothing has been received so far.
 2) They gave her a 6 digit security number and asked a few questions, like name of favorite film, no username or password given - this was to gain access to her account !!
Logged into the same account using the old details just the same.
What are these new details actually for?0

I have 2 current acounts and 2 savings accounts with tesco.
The current accounts can be seen together but i have a different log in for the savings account. Its annoying, but i phoned ages ago and they said they couldnt merge them - dont know why!
Not too bothered though as i only use the savings for a few d/d's so hardly ever look at them0

just a little niggle, but....it annoys me that you have to answer what type of login you require before being asked your login details ...... however if you say you want 'savings' login then enter your CREDITCARD login details.... it logs you into your creditcard account.
Why put us through the additional step, if simply using the correct login username gets you to the right place?
 ....mini mini rant over0

Thanks for the info - separate account for savings accounts it is then.
So, at the outset on the 12th March we set up an online account for the Tesco current account, so that's fine.
So, seems that we need to register again for the Savings Accounts, but unfortunately she gave her memorable answers over the phone without spelling confirmation and they are wrong, so can't register at this time.0

No ,as has been said, give them a ring. If I log on there is two current account's. A Internet Saver Account And a Instant Access Savings Account all on the same page. My wife's is the same.0

I have multiple Tesco current accounts, savings accounts and credit card accounts all visible in the same online session. If you can't see all your accounts with the same login, do as has been suggested already - call them to get it fixed.0

            ceredigion/colsten
Thanks for your input, that's different info from the others that replied.
It would appear that they have created multiple online profiles to view their accounts.
I'll ask her to phone again tomorrow morning - hopefully they are open as it does not state on their website when they are.0

I don't know what their opening hours are but I would certainly try them during daylight hours. And persists that they need to solve the problem of not being able to see all my Tesco accounts under the same login.0

Well she phoned again today and the CS rep said the logins were different to the current account !!
Anyway she pressed, and the CS said to hold on for a minute, came back, and said that you can link your accounts with the menu on the right of your current account.
Well we can't see it there for now as the Current Account is not fully set up as already stated, so as soon as the CA is set up, I'm sure it will be fine and easy to set up as the CS rep said.
So, it appears that the CS reps are not fully aware of how the Tesco logins are set up.
This probably explains why 2 on this thread have different logins for each type of account and 2 have the same login for all.0
