Enter a numerical amount up to 2 decimal places?

Trying to open a new Nationwide ISA online by trasferring a current Nationwide ISA across. It will not let me, and the titled comment comes up. I've used my 2014-15 allowance up, and just want to transfer, as on April 1st it dips to 0.5%. The new account is the Instant ISA Saver. If it carries on I'll try elsewhere.
Any ideas why it won't work? I've entered the total to 2 decimal points, for eg. £1000.50.

Have you tried both with and without the £ sign? Also make sure you've not put in a comma in the thousand. You could also try replacing the dot with a comma. Try each suggestion separately.
You could also try using a different browser.0 -

Just call them and they will transfer it for you. There may be a bug on the website0

Thanks very much. It happened to be the comma. Why the hell didn't it say that? (they don't really deserve my money). I would of gone for NS&I ISA (1.5%) but they don't allow ISA transfers.0
