Hi all
I signed up for a deal in December, I think it was 1/2 price broadband if I registered for SS5, and kept Sky Sports for a year.
Job issues means I need to cut back, want to keep sky, but need to reduce package. Any one know what penalties are if I cancel sky sports?
Or how I can reduce the package but keep sky Atlantic!
Flc

If I recall correctly, the half price broadband deal, assuming it is the deal I'm thinking of (fibre?), is dependent on having Sky Sports. If you cancel Sky Sports, you lose the discounted broadband.
If you only want Sky Atlantic you could drop down to The Original Bundle.
If you're not in a contract period with Sky, you could cancel TV and take out a Now TV Entertainment Pass subscription for £6.99 per month. You can buy a Now TV Box with 3 months of Entertainment Pass for £19.99 directly from NowTV.com.
It is, however, worth getting Sky to clarify the terms of your deal though because I can only guess as to what they've offered you and what you've agreed to. If you agreed to something that required you kept TV for a minimum term then there will be penalties for early termination.
