TOM188 Male 25/01/2011 24hr delay

After 3 1/2 years of wrangling Thomson airways have finally paid compensation for the 24hr delay of TOM188 to Male. They have conceded that the defect was not beyond their control, so if you were booked on that flight submit your compensation claim now.

Thats good to hear Robbo. Thomson have ignored my solicitors letters and not even acknowledged I have a claim even though I was delayed 19 hours on a flight to spain from Gatwick in 2010. My solicitors are now issuing Court Proceedings. Hopefully it wont get to that stage and Thomson will pay up prior to the case reaching Court!

Thanks so much for posting this Robbo. We must have been on the same flight (EVENTUALLY!) We were refused by Thomsons but are currently going through Resolver for compensation. Your posting has given us hope! Will let you know how we get on!
