I just logged in into GTM found a survey then I click on it and I get this : We're sorry, but you are not eligible to participate in this survey. Thank you for your time!
why sending into the first place then, god I hate Mysurvey broken surveys.
Make screenshots and keep on pestering them. You have nothing to lose.
Don't think they are personalised. You just login to see a dashboard just like Swagbucks. Not sure why you would waste time to send screenshots etc as this is how the website works.
I just cashed in my points (converted them to lots of Amazon vouchers) and they came through alright. Once that had happened, I contacted MySurvey. They got back to me a day later with an email saying - surprise, surprise - the following:
Your account has been de-activated because you have accessed MySurvey website from abroad or through a proxy.
As others on here have said, I definitely haven't accessed MySurvey from abroad or through a proxy, so I've no idea what they mean.
Either their problem-solving is incorrect or they're just talking rubbish.
They say they've reactivated my account, but I haven't had any surveys yet...
