Anyone having issues with GTM lately ?

I know the companies are run by the same people. I'm having similar issues to others but with MySurvey.

Used to get loads of surveys - often 3 - 8 per day - but I got my last MySurvey survey on 4th March and have had nothing since.

Could I have been deactivated?

Maybe because they're the same site, they're working out who is a member of both and merging everything?

I'm currently not having any trouble logging in, but when I do, 0 surveys are available for me.

Anyone else? Should I be worried? I have an awful lot of vouchers stored up in there, so will need to redeem...

Have you manually logged in the site? These sites love it when you check surveys on the site.

Never had problems GTM but MySurvey works in mysterious ways. Couple of months ago I have noticed that I stopped receiving survey invitations. I have contacted them and they said all was ok with my account. After my email I had an influx of surveys for a week, then it all stopped again. I have waited a couple of weeks and contacted them again. This time they have told me, that my account was suspended as there was an attempt to be accessed from abroad (I haven't been abroad). I had a few surveys and then again everything stopped. I have contacted them 3rd time, they again confirmed that there was no problem with my account. At that point I have given up but after 2-3 weeks of nothing, in the last couple of days I am getting quite a lot of invitations. That's my story anyway.

I think I'll request my vouchers, wait until I've received them and then query what's going on.

Same I haven't had a survey from My survey since last 25 February so I'm going to ditch them for sure because their surveys are very sporadic.
For GTM I've had 3 this week done 1 and then nothing since Monday so I think they are having a break at the moment because they used to flood me with surveys, Funny enough I completed so many surveys from GTM on Instagc and Opinion outpost so I think this is survey work sometimes you do well on one website and bad on another and sometimes it's the opposite. I've had days when Opinion outpost was dry and I was making £60 a month on GTM and now I'm making £40 a month on Opinion outpost and it's dry on GTM.

It is always wise to request your payout as soon as it is redeemable.

I sent an email to Mysurvey and I received the same response telling that I used their website through a proxy or abroad which is rubbish. I think they are just using this as an automated email and they have no idea.

I've sent multiple email to both parties ( I assume it's the same office) and never have I found anybody who had bothered to read my email.

I just logged in into GTM found a survey then I click on it and I get this : We're sorry, but you are not eligible to participate in this survey. Thank you for your time!

why sending into the first place then, god I hate Mysurvey broken surveys.
