SAGA Internet access

My elderly parents have their phone and dial up (non Broadband) internet access through SAGA and have just received a letter advising SAGA are stopping the internet service wef 27 August.
They now have to find a new ISP.
They don't have cable and don't really want Broadband as they only use the internet for occasional use and sending email.
Any suggestions, please?
They don't want hassle just a simple service preferably PAYG.

Thanks

bt dial up is easiest (if they have BT phone bill for their line rental))

  • I agree, BT Pay as you Go. 4ppm daytime, 1.5ppm eve & 1ppm W/e.

6p call setup fee. Inother words everytime you connect via dialup you will be charged 6p on top of the per minute charge.

Its's less hassle and the charges go straight on the BT bill.

If they have inclusive minutes on their landline they can Dial Up ISP,via a normal geographical number.(Unlike other suppliers there no need to dial an expensive 0844/0845 access number).

If they are on the Saga Hourtime tariff they can access it for just 4p for 60 minutes at Evening and Weekends

If they use the likes of 1899/18185/ you can use it via them for just 5p connection.

Its supplied by these people: http://www.coulomb.co.uk/products.html
