have a ongoing claim with Thomson since 22 september 2014 sent a claim form by recorded delivery and backed up with emails keep getting back by emails they have received but have a backlog tried a online form for CAA but because it was returning from Alicante to cardiff they said they cant deal with this claim also tried the European consumer centre { by phone } they couldn't help tried to register a complaint with the national enforcement body in spain but will ownly come up in Spanish on line cant get the address any help ??
