I didn't mention Napit. But the point that I was making was that the NICEIC as an example assess select jobs of an enterprise (e.g. Company) - five for Approved Contractor status - which means that the enterprise can ensure that these comply with the Regulations (spot checks are not carried out), and as I said only the Qualified Supervisor (QS) need have any type of qualification (which is far below the level of qualification required to be regarded as a Qualified Electrician by, for example, the JIB) - and no other individuals associated with the enterprise are assessed.
If you do not know for a fact that this is true then you are very sadly mistaken.0
