Hmm - large boost to public spending in the final year of the next parliament - I wonder if there is a big NHS spending announcement coming up in the 'and finally' section of the budget?

Introduction of the "google" tax from 01 April, along with other changes to corporate tax law that will prevent profits being eroded from off-shore subsidiaries over charging for their services.

Other crackdowns on other avoidance schemes, abuses of the system and more auto-assessments to known tax avoiders.

Greater Manchester to keep 100% of business rates collected.

He's firing off a LOT of jokes at Labours expense. He wil lreview tax avoidance surrounding "deeds of variation" which is the story from earlier this year where Milliband avoided tax on his fathers property by splitting the ownership to below tax threshold.

He's talked about Agincourt and the band of brothers but then nodded to Ed Miliband, noting less brotherly love there.

Cambridge also gets to keep 100% of business rates. Is this the start of devolution for England?

Another joke at Millibands expense, this time about smart technology to control domestic energy consumption and so "even if you have 2 kitchens, you can control them both remotely via your phone".

    No tax return?

Automatic tax returns for automated uploads of information?

How on earth are they going to do that?!
