Just makes me think of the ebay sellers that say once they have posted it then any loss or damage is the buyers problem not theirs.

Don't care if it is Bosch themselves or Billy Bosh down the road. terrible service for a mainstream, service part. Get your money back. That is, unless it is a crazy price for a very expensive model. Ask the supplier then what price they are when they have any stock.

I tried calling today 30 Mar (without number withheld) - their telephone number is now unobtainable.
