    UPDATE

I have a new letter from the debt collector saying if I don't pay by 8th April they will tell the parking agency to take it to court... Starting to worry now...

What happens if this does go to court?

That will be very helpful to the PPC as I am sure that they would be in such a quandary as what to do next. Thank goodness there are experts such as the debt collectors to hold their hand.

What do you do? Either pay or wait for things to develop. Simple choice.

Are those over and under words the wrong way round? If not then a sign sited 30' up a pole would be compliant, but one site 8' up would not.

Looks fine to me as it is.

    I've just re-read the sentence ... I'd misconstrued 12" as 12 feet rather than 12 inches. :o
  • I have a similar parking case to yours, what was the outcome of yours??

Flintlok hasn't visited the forum in over 2 months, so may not see your question. Suggest sending him/her a PM then they will receive an email notifying of your attempt to contact.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
