Wright Hassall LLP

Hi everyone,
So i've now received my second letter from the debt collectors claiming to be solicitors. This Wright Hassall is becoming a right hastle!
I've attached the second letter via TinyPic link below.

Any help with this guys would be really grateful... And as the previous letter, it was sent to the WRONG address and then delivered by hand via the occupiers of said address.

Complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority about the letters. I've sent you a draft complaint by PM.

Ignore ZZPS (pretending to be Wright Hassall) and ignore VCS. They ain't going to take you to court over a Liverpool Airport case, they are on such thin ice there.

No link unless bazster is able to send you a draft complaint (bazster - can you post it here please?).

All other threads about Wright Hassall are the same situation as yours. People don't get that letter unless they've ignored letters or maybe, lost at IAS appeal (you are too late to try, so what...so are thousands of people...doesn't matter). Search the forum if you have not already done so. You may think you have, but did you use the right keywords in the useful search box which is NOT the one top right now, not that!

Search this forum is above the sticky threads level with the blue 'new thread' button, next to 'forum tools' back on the first page now. Not here. Using 'Hassall' as your keyword finds all the other threads every day about the same thing; no case is different. This is nothing at all, boring letters, waste of your time.

Also when you get each tedious letter, just Google a phrase from it...boring boring stuff. Yawn! Seriously, file them, we've all been there.

I thought this was resolved seen as though my emails to Wright Hassall went ignored, for over A YEAR!

But I have awoken this morning to find a letter from the shiny new BW LEGAL team, pretty much a carbon copy of the wright hassall letter, however i hear these guys MAY take things further?

Any idea on my next step as i'm guessing the Ignore route has long dissapeared here.

Search the forum for 'BW Legal £54' for other threads exactly like this which discuss responses and how to word them. You may need to read quite a few results from this year to find one with an example response but there are lots.
