Charge made by vodaphone under different name

Just had first bill from Vodaphone on my new phone.
Charge showing for Video message been told did not make video message but it's for a chargeable 0844 number...cannot get them to understand why the charge is showing for video message if it's not?

Presumably it's been mislabelled?

If it bothers you that much, send them a written complaint.

If a call was made and the charge is correct, I wouldn't bother about it.
