bulldog cashback

sorry if i have posted this in the wrong place.

a friend is getting bulldog and i saw a while ago that a cashback site was giving cashback, but now i cant find it.

he has not got a bt line, so he now has to get one, if anyone knows of any
other good broadband provider that would be good. he cant get cable where he lives and cannot get the "now" internet provider
