Check if Wright Hassall (apt name don't you think?) are on the official list of solicitor firms.

They might well be, 260 staff, 100 lawyers, 30 partners, times must be hard.

Where would we be without football fans?

Established 1846, 260 staff, 100 lawyers, 37 partners, times must be hard if they are accepting such riff raff as clients.

Maybe alongside reporting the issue to the SRA, make the assumption that the WH letter is an actual LBA and fire off zzzLazyDaisy's template for them to contend with. They won't want to be dealing with answering the details from that.

Playing silly beggars can be a two-way street. And so can right hassle!

Can you tell me where I can fine this template please.

A few days later I received a reply stating that the fine is legal

    I bet it didn't...

Search this forum for 'Hassall' to find umpteen dozen other threads all the same. And try the sticky threads at the top - it's what they are there for and one is the LBCCC Fightback thread by zzzLazyDaisy. That's where the template is - no I never link sticky threads. They should be read first.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Does anyone know if the Parking Cowboys appeal site offer is legit and worth pursuing?

    Is it legit? Yes.

Worth pursuing? Only if you're not able to follow the fairly simple steps outlined in the NEWBIES thread.

Too late to appeal apparently - with Wright Hassall now - don't know what else to do - cant afford a solicitor so these may be next best thing
