Suspect claims of solar panel supplier

first4solar claim in one part of their advert (S.Tel. Living 15/3/15) 50% saving on annual electricity bill and 60% elsewhere in the same advert. I'd like to know the circumstances under which anything near that reduction can be achieved. If you are at home all day and switch everything off when the sun goes in and never use more than the panels are generating at any time it might just be possible.

They claim UP TO 50% and UP TO 60%.


As stated in post#8 the term 'UP TO' covers from 0.1% upwards!
